Main Street Family Wellness was founded in 2025, by nurse practitioners Brittni Reifschneider and Erica Sloan. With many years of experience helping kids, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges, they joined to create MSFW with a vision to help serve the entire family. 

The mission of Main Street Family Wellness is to provide personable care giving each patient the time they deserve to be cared for and heard. 

We are seeking therapists who are able to support children with neurodiversities, anxiety, behavioral dysregulation/impulsivity, and trauma, and adults seeking support for life transitions in young adults, parents, and the perinatal population.

Ideal candidates will have experience in:

Working with children who present with:

• Neurodiversities (e.g., ADHD, autism spectrum disorders)
  
• Anxiety and worry-related concerns
  
• Behavioral dysregulation and impulsivity
  
• Histories of trauma or attachment challenges
  

Supporting adults navigating:

• Life transitions in young adulthood
  
• The complexities of parenting
• Mental health concerns in the perinatal period (pregnancy and postpartum)

Benefits

Any provider joining MSFW will be contracted as an independent contractor 1099 position. Through this position the following benefits will be provided: 

Schedule:

• Work-life balance with the freedom to define and set your schedule as you desire
• In-office, virtual, or hybrid model 

Requirements: 

• Current state licensure within the state of Iowa
• Compliance with state laws and federal regulations
• Maintain up to date knowledge and CME status required for licensure

Compensation: 

• 70/30 split with ability to increase after 12 months 
• 75/25 split if willing to supervise new therapists 
• Payment biweekly – direct deposit available

Support: 

• Billing support for claims and payment processing
• Administrative support through credentialing process 
• Medical support through nursing services to assist with patient communication, referrals, and prior authorizations
• Collaboration and connections with surrounding medical and therapy practices 
• In-office referrals for services
• Fully paid EHR system that is set-up for practice, and training provided
• Administrative overhead with provision of marketing and networking
• Monthly staff meetings
  

Practice: 

• HIPAA compliant patient portal and email account
• HIPAA compliant fax and phone system provided 
• Liability insurance occurrence coverage while practicing under MSFW 
• Fully furnished practice spaces provided to come and do your work without any extra set-up or start-up

Supervision offered:

• Supervision is available to clinicians working towards independent licensure in the state of Iowa, with a current t-LMHC license.
